Terms of service

Proof of Relationship ("the service") turns a chat export and photos you supply into an organized PDF. By using it you agree to these terms.

What the service does and does not do

The service reads the export file you supply, counts and samples its messages, arranges your photos by date, and lays the result out as a document. It does not check that the messages or photos are genuine, complete or unaltered, does not decide whether a relationship is genuine, makes no promise about the outcome of any petition or application, and does not give legal or immigration advice. You are responsible for reviewing the document before relying on it and for following the instructions of the form you are filing.

What this service is not

Proof of Relationship is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice; using it creates no attorney-client relationship. It is not affiliated with USCIS, IRCC, UKVI or any government body.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to use the export and the photos. You keep ownership of them. We process them only to produce your document and handle them as described in the privacy policy.

Delivery

Your PDF is shown immediately after payment and is available for re-download for 24 hours through the private link on that page. After 24 hours it is deleted; if you still have the browser you used, the tool can rebuild it from the copy stored in that browser. Save your PDF promptly.

Payment

Building the PDF is a one-time payment processed by Stripe. Because the free preview shows the document before you pay, refunds are given where the PDF could not be produced, and on request within 14 days if the document is not what the preview showed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to the amount you paid for the document in question.
